This owner pressures clients to do what she wants, does not stand behind the subcontractors when they destroy things in the customers homes leaving the client to pay. Most importantly, she does not pay her subcontractors to the tune of thousands and thousands of dollars leaving liens to be placed on her own clients properties so the sub-contractors can get their money eventually. We had Details Construction renovate our Jack and Jill bathroom and our mudroom/laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Tara, our project manager, was fantastic — communication was clear and consistent, and every detail was handled with care. They also worked seamlessly with our own designer, which made the whole process smooth and collaborative. It’s obvious they take pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product.
