I am not one for reviews but I wouldn’t refer anyone here. A pal of mine from work told me about this place when I started gaining weight around my mid section. He started going there and stopped shortly after because the woman who does the service stopped doing the job well and giving false hope and empty promises. I gave the place a chance none the less but after 3 MONTHS of going weekly I noticed no difference.
