Oh goodness, I don't know what the previous post was referring to but Detail has done my carpets twice in the past 2 years and the carpets are definitely CLEANED AND STERILIZED... all of the winter stains were removed and carpet was like new! Garette is absolutely wonderful! He was prompt at responding to my request for an estimate (which was free) and was extremly professional in explainning to me the work that needed to be done and the reason for the quote. He was quick to schedule me in for my appointment and was timely, professional and above all meticulous! My 2 year old got a hold of a pen and drew nice picture on my new $2100 couch. So happy when he was able to remove the markings!! He also made my carpets look great, at a price lower than I've paid through a few different companies!
We have worked with Garrett for a couple of years, and have been very pleased with his quality service. His truck system is really quiet, carpets dry quickly, and carpets stay clean longer. I would highly recommend his service.
I've had my carpet cleaned several times before, but will always use Details from now on. They were very thorough and professional.
