I have reached out several times to get money owed to us for a dress that sold in April and no one will contact me back. They told my mom in June she would have her money by July 1 and it's August and nothing. Obviously this place can't afford to pay for products they sell that aren't there's.

This woman (Elsie Phillips) not a Lady will tell you anything she can to do business with you and take your money. She will not give you a refund much less the dress you bought because she will not take the time to locate it since she doesn't put a name tag on the dress after you "purchase" it. We have paid her 700.oo and asked for the dress. "She can't find it" after setting times and days to come pick it up. I am so happy with the way details worked with me and my family. I have to say I was nervous about dress shopping from the beginning. They put me right at ease and really helped me relax by being very non-charla the about the process and telling me that any dress I loved they could work on and make me feel beautiful. I showed them a couple of pictures and the very first dress I tried on I fell in love with! Although it was prom season they were very accommodating to my needs. She has been amazing for me! I bought my dress out of state and when it came in it was about a size 10 and I am a size 2! Miss. Phillips took close to 10 inches off the waist, and hemmed close to 5inches off the bottom. She added sleeves and all of her work has looked amazing!!! She has rescheduled a couple times but it was worth the wait, she did all this for half the price I was quoted from 2 other seamstresses.
