This was my first time using Details and Dents and I was thoroughly impressed. It’s clear that the owner, Chase, takes immense pride in his business. I worked with DJ and Wayne at the shop; DJ was incredibly professional and thorough while assessing the damage and walking me through the repair process. Professional, honest, fast service. Had body damage to my car from two accidents. Was previously quoted $14k for repairs after first accident from another body shop and Chase and his team repaired my car to brand new for $1600 in just a couple days. These guys work miracles and im sending all of my friends and family to them from now on. Truly one of the few honest body shops out there and im incredibly grateful.
Straightforward evaluation of my dent and explanation of the repair. Timely estimate and repair- just over two weeks from dent to all new liftgate on my SUV.
Chase and their auto body specialists were amazing for jumping quickly on my truck and doing a great job getting it back to me in record time and looking like new after my accident! Also helped get the insurance company all what they needed to help take care of the financial part in a hurry! Highly recommend them! The Experience 5 Stars for sure!
