Was able to get everything I needed quick for a job coming up. No more ordering online, this place was fun to go to and my girl even had fun looking at everything they had! Update: if I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Super helpful & been getting all of my products here for months now. Cannot recommend them enough.
I had the worst customer service experience with Detailing World that I have had in my life. It actually blew my mind how bad it was. I placed an order and did not receive all of the correct items. I emailed customer service multiple times and never received a response. I called multiple times and never got any help. I offered to place a second order (at my expense!) to get the items I wanted, after no one responded or offered to fix the problem. With the second order, I still did not get the correct items. Been coming here for months, customer service is always great. Always easy to get the products I need at the best prices here. I just wish I could use my loyalty points on something (already get military)
Would give zero if I could! Never received item and then got told to puss off!
