I cant say enough good things about this company. ******* came out to me, they cleaned inside and outside of my car, it hasnt looked this good since the day I bought it from the dealership. Thank you so much for the great job! I will be having them come back out in the near future to do my son and daughter in laws car. Professional, courteous. A+ in my book.
The special was $184 but we did not get everything. No clay treatment was given, including seats steam cleaned or doors degreesed. Very unhappy with service. Was not provided all the services as agreed in transaction. The worker stated some things he may feel it's not needed. Excuse me, this was a transaction that was already agreed upon and communicated. Very unhappy. Paid $420 to have my 17' camper washed/waxed interior and detailed inside. I have the sub-contractor on Ring. He walked around with a pressure washer and did not wax and wheels were still not cleaned. Interior - he might have took a rag and wiped a small area. However, dirt on the floors, nothing moped, sinks dirty cook top not cleaned, windows not cleaned. What does the word "detail" mean in their language. SO disappointed. So sad with their quality.
Showed up on time. And did an awesome job My light leather seats were so dirty from babysitting small children and car seats they came out so well they looked a different color. He asked what I wanted him to concentrate on, inside or out, I picked inside. As I understand he had more cars to do. But outside, door jams and wheels all beautiful. Would definitely use again and recommend.
This company is not transparent at all. They advertise as phoenixmobiledetailing.com in Phoenix, Arizona. Called and got an appointment. Was asked over the phone if pets rode in vehicle, stated that they had. Was quoted I believe $187 for full detailing. When the technician showed up he looked at the car and stated that it would be an extra $50 for the pet hair. It is our general practice to ask each client at appointment setting if the vehicle has pet hair or other possible issues, such as excessive dirt, mud, sand, stains, spillages, etc. The client is then informed that when the technician arrives at the appointment and assesses the vehicle, that there may be up charges.
