I made an appointment with Pat to detail two of my vehicles. That appointment came and went, no show and no warning that it wouldn't happen. Later that day he rescheduled my appointment for the next week, which he was 4 hours late showing up for. His work on my cars was terrible, they hardly looked freshly detailed with lots of dirt and sand still all over the floors. Pat did a terrible job on my vehicle! Worst customer service I have ever had as well. He did not show up for 3 appointments (which where pre-paid), and never made a phone call, and when he finally did the job - it was awful! I contacted him three times (phone + email) expecting him to fix the issues, and waited 3 weeks but no response. Whatever he sprayed in my car dried white all over my black interior. Windows were just smeared. Just look at the pictures!
