Going to be kind of a funny post as I have not employed this companies services, but I do live in the area of their office and often take walks along Hemlock St after work. For that reason I often see Detailed Landscaping trucks driving towards me. The road in unpaved and does not have sidewalks and without exception their trucks always slow down and give me wide berth avoiding kicking up tons of dust. It's not a huge thing but speaks to a culture about being a good neighbor and acting with care.

We have been customers for many years and have always very pleased with Detailed Landscaping’s customer service, attention to detail, and doing things right. They don’t cut corners and take pride in the work they do. Highly recommend!
They did a nice job with my landscaping, but communication is poor.
This truck being used by Detailed Landscape was spotted driving around with a squirrel in a cage on the truckbed. Obviously it was being taken away from its home and to be taken who knows where. I'm sure it was a terrifying experience for the squirrel, and squirrels that are relocated only have a 3% survival rate. To make matters worse, this is baby season so the squirrel could've been a mother with babies, which would mean her babies will die as a result of their mother being taken away.
