As a fellow business owner, I always make sure to take care of customers whenever anything is done wrong. I live at an apartment complex that this business does work for, and they created damage on the left side of my vehicle that they refuse to take accountability for. Their response when I emailed them is listed in the photos. Extremely unprofessional to not acknowledge a mistake and let alone mention anything else as an attempt to conceal their mistake. Would not recommend these services to anyone.
Company landscapers cracked my windshield AND my neighbors and will not take responsibility. Management is negligent and unresponsive. Take your business else where! Clearly this is a recurring issue the company is choosing to not address. Poor service and communication.
This business services my apartment complex and they cracked my windshield and have since then dodged any communication. Not the first one to leave a review like this
