Unprofessional, baited me into a day long conversation and then never showed. Waited hours for this person/company to arrive at my house to provide a quote after initially responding “That could be done.” Then just entirely ghosted me after saying “Be there shortly.” Absolutely unprofessional and wasted my time.
Amanda does an excellent job. She does a very thorough job. I needed her services when moving out of the house I had been living in. She went above and beyond making sure it was clean and move-in ready for the next tenant.
Amanda is professional, efficient and sooo easy to communicate and work with! I really appreciate her clear and conscise communication. And their work in my apartment was pristine! Will certainly continue to use their services :)
Had a scheduled cleaning estimate for 7/16 at 11a.m. they never showed and never answered or returned my phone calls.
It’s refreshing seeing a young professional person taking that extra step in the quality work performed.
