Hats off to Sam and the team for such excellent service! Sam took the time to drop my car off at the car rental place (as I was returning the hire car) so I didn't have to go back to the repair shop again to pick up my car - just going above and beyond :) My car is in immaculate condition, and I'm very grateful my car was sent here for repairs 🙏 If you need car repairs, this is the place! I had my car repaired after an accident where Sam and the team did an amazing job, in not only the panel repairs and paint but also the suspension and steering that was damaged during the accident. The quality of the work is outstanding, ( and I'm OCD about my car) but what impressed me more was Sam's level of communication and explaining how the repair was going to executed. They exhibit good old fashioned customer service. Im more than happy to recommend them.
I recently had my car fixed at Detailed Body Repairs in Brookvale. Sam and his team did an outstanding job. The repair and paintwork looked amazing, and the car was ready earlier than expected and nicely cleaned. Thank you very much to Sam and Michelle for being professional and providing great customer service throughout the whole process, including organising an Uber driver for my pickup.
