Don't let them near your vehicle. Made an appointment and made the mistake of paying $140 upfront for a exterior detail including interior. The technician came out the next day while I was at work and cleaned the interior, washed the outside of my truck, but didn't buff nor wax my exterior. Didn't shampoo the carpets either. I truly believe they sprayed Armour All on my paint instead of waxing it because it ran with white streaks the next day after the rain.
