They ruined my carpet by leaving it completely soaked so the padding underneath it was just sitting there collecting, the tint on my second row windows are streaky and have chips out of it, we have to replace all the carpet because it seems like they used a power washer and it just all ran down to the other carpet. The only thing that was good was the cleaning of the seats,dashboard etc. The least that could be done is making it right with your customer that now has to pay to get fixed on top of what I payed you!
Great job on my 14 year old mini van. Got stains out that have been there for years. Wheels look like new. Reasonably priced.
I got my 57 Fairlane detailed by Ishmeal at Detail Wizards yesterday. When I picked it up I couldn't believe it was my car. The interior and exterior, under the hood and trunk was the best it's looked since I got it restored in 2009. In a time when you can't even order a hamburger from McDonalds without them getting the order screwed up, Detail Wizards provided me excellent results.
We get our cars detailed here every spring and they always come back looking brand new!!
Worst place EVER I do not recommend this place at all, paid $175 for a Cadillac Escalade and when we got it back the carpet was so wet that it was ridiculous and trash under the seats, we too it back for hem to try to get some of the water out of the carpet and all he said was for us to just leave the doors open, we did for almost a week and the carpet was still wet and now it smell bad....
