I initially requested an estimate for laser rust removal on my 2018 Ford Focus RS back in early June. I called after-hours and the girl who got the message called me back early the next morning and advised that I come in so someone could put it on the lift to examine it. I proceeded to take 3 hours out of my day to drive from Syracuse to your business in an effort to get an accurate estimate on our scheduled date and at the scheduled time.
