I had my windows tinted at Detail Solutions and had a great experience from start to finish. Their customer service really stood out to me! I needed my tint to be exactly 35% to pass Maryland inspection, and they took the time to test a section on my car first. They even called me to walk through my options, which I appreciated—it felt like they actually cared about getting it right. They ended up upgrading me to their Pinnacle ceramic tint for only an extra $50 (normally a $100 upgrade) to make sure I hit that perfect 35%. ... read more
I’ve been using Detail Solutions since 2021 when I brought in my new RAM TRX. They did a fantastic job; the truck looked so good that I received constant compliments. When I finally traded it in 2024 for a Durango Hellcat, the TRX looked just as pristine as the day it was ceramic coated, helping me get top dollar for the trade. I brought the car in to have PPF installed. I was concerned about the paint chipping on my car. Usually I’m not excited about spending so much on my car, but it was absolutely worth it. From the first phone call, the install and checking out, the staff made be feel like a valued customer and worked with me about scheduling, and always wondering if I had any additional questions, which I didn’t because they explained everything to me so well. Detailed solutions knocked it out of the park. I wanted to get my vehicle tinted as soon as possible. Even with being extremely , They were able to squeeze me in at multiple different times throughout the following day in order to make my wish come true. No bubbles, no blemishes and every detail was accounted for. I plan to be getting PPF and ceramic coating done in the very near future. Can’t say enough about This company!
