I’ll start off by saying the team was very fast responding and nice. They came next day to my work which was a bonus. However the price I paid for the work done was alright. Definitely not outstanding. Side note: my car is kept up with and wouldn’t be considered “dirty”. I had called to get an estimate on my car, primarily wanting my seats washed and cleaned. I recently had an issue with my car being covered in oil-based overspray from a nearby construction site. I reached out to multiple detailing shops, and most of them told me it was unfixable. Thankfully, I found Matt and Johnny. They came directly to my apartment complex, saving me the hassle of going anywhere. Quoted me $145 for a detail, I then told them I had to work that day but I had all morning to wait for them (until 3pm). They told me 11am, and they didn't show up until 1:30pm. Then they told me it would be $189+, and that was JUST for interior (when other competitors offered that price for exterior AND interior wash). I was desperate but I should've spoken up and told them no because I could have done the same job with a couple hours and an auto car wash vac for $20. Detail Pros of Orlando. The owner was nice and polite. Got me in to clean my car the next afternoon. Wonderful customer service. Quoted me a price no problem. 2 men came Luis and another. Looked at the car amd asked of I had been quoted a price I answered yes. My car was already clean just really needed the interior detailed. Floor, seats, vents normal things.
