I paid $200 for a "detail". My car was returned with dirty places on the dash that weren't touched, dirt in the doors, not touched, unclean windows and windshield, after I asked specifically to pay attention to the windows. This was a waste of money for me. I won't be back and I let them know. You are in the detail business, if you can't clean my windows right the first time, no, you won't be trying to do it again because I told you they look terrible. You should have done it right the first time.
When I got my car back, the driver's seat was broken and stuck at an uncomfortable and dangerous angle. It had been working just fine when I dropped it off. Additionally, there was still dirt under the trunk lid and around the door frames.
