I chose this detailer, even though his price was higher than others. because he quoted 3–4 hours and assured me he would thoroughly take care of the mold, Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. He was supposed to fit me in at 4:00 PM then 5 pm. And then he eventually came at 7:00 PM . .Despite his reassurances that he would have enough time, he did a complete rush job and was done in barely 2 hours. He quoted me 3-4 hours and was a little more than everyone else but i chose him because he was taking longer. I was most concerned with the mold. but he reassured me. It was iffy if he could fit me in at 4 pm on the day of but he finally came at 7 pm even though I didnt think it would be enough time before darkness. But he reassured me again it would be fine. My car was contaminated with mold after moving items from my previous place to my new home. I had it cleaned by another detailer but they left a bad chemical smell inside my car. I had it shampooed again and after a week, my car still smelled of mold. I was beside myself. So I called Victor and he was amazing! I brought my car to him and he fixed the odour right away.
