The owner seems like a nice human. And the car LOOKS good after the service was complete. Unfortunately, the seats and floors were more than damp. Definitely WET, soaked even. We kept the car open for 2days post service and ended up purchasing a Bissel Little green pro in order to remove the excess water on day 3. The water removed was dark brown almost black color… what is that? Frankly, this was my first time having a car detailed with steam cleaning but after purchasing my own upholstery cleaner I’ll never pay anyone else... read more
