Went to the store today to purchase some products. Doors are locked and everything is on inside. Come to see one of the workers outside socializing with their friend in another car. Proceeded to wait to see if they would come to open the door and nothing, so I left to take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
These guys are criminals. Charged me 180 for products, never shipped anything. Called them dozens of times, when finally someone answered the phone, told me they would refund my money... That was 2 months ago, still no refund and back to no one answering the phone. Thieves.
I had placed an order with Chemical guys on June 18th and it is now September 18th, 2024. I have called and emailed numerous times since then and have not received any response with regards to my order, not shipping status or even message to say that it could be back ordered. Attended the Buffing and Polishing class with my wife. Everything from, booking with Melissa , to training with Joe and the team was great! Very educational and took away the intimidation of polishing. We learned a lot and had a great Saturday. They also hooked us up with some of their great Chemical Guys products including our Torq 10fx DA polisher. My wife and I are really enjoying the unit. Overall a top notch experience. A thanks to the whole team!
