I always come here whenever I need to stock up my detailing stuff. Today was different however, I came to get the backing plate removal tool but being an older porter cable it wasn't common anymore. Still managed to find me something that was pretty close to removing it. Didn't even want to charge me for it. Thanks again

Went to the store today to purchase some products. Doors are locked and everything is on inside. Come to see one of the workers outside socializing with their friend in another car. Proceeded to wait to see if they would come to open the door and nothing, so I left to take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
