Never showed up for the scheduled appointment and never called back after I called them to find out why.
Unfortunately, now that I look back, all the positive reviews were about Tom and their RVs. Tom subcontracted my SUV job to an unknown and I simply didn't get five of the things listed in the package I was charged for. The detailing done was basic 409 to the interior, did shampoo the rugs, cleaned the windows, washed the vehicle with my garden hose "hard" water and did a very quick spray wax finish. Car is clean, but no better than driving thru Eager Beaver car wash. Disappointed.
Responded to my email by phone within 4 hours during "peak RV season". Got appointment same week due to cancellation. Tom showed up on time, explained his steps along the way, and produced a great result on my motorcoach. The motorcoach was a bit overdue for wash and wax and he took the time to do the job well despite my procrastination.
