I had a terrible experience at Detail Central. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for customer service. The quality of their work was subpar, and they actually damaged my car during the detailing process. When I expressed my concerns, they threatened to call the police if I didn't stop complaining. I would strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the hassle and find a place that values its customers.
We chose the signature package for our Nissan Altima and I couldn't be happier, our car looks like the day we purchased it 3 years ago. Their pricing is very accessible for the options available compared to others. The customer service was also top tier, I had to reschedule my service 2x times due to conflicts and each time I called the staff were professional and helpful, I also appreciate how they look at your car with you to make sure the package you requested will yield your personal desired results. 10/10 don't hesitate... read more
