The massage was so relaxing! I really love that Heleana comes to my home so I can be relaxed before and after the massage. She listens to my requests and asks good questions. I def recommend her!
a recurring theme of helena’s 1 star reviews is that she is unprofessional, fails to honor her appointments, and struggles with communication. i have gone back and forth for 2 months trying to get a massage i paid for. each time, there is an apparent reason why she is unable to honor it. it’s a waste of my time to continue working with her. it was also a waste of my money. the audacity of her to also offer a package deal to me considering her unreliability and unresponsiveness.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Helena’s lymphatic drainage massage, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Helena was exceptionally kind and engaged in great conversation throughout the session, making me feel at ease.
