I've been with this company for a number of years now and have seen this company help so many people. I manage a unit and I've seen and endured a lot from staff. The very people writing nasty reviews on this company are the very ones tearing it down! They take overnight jobs where they only sleep like they are in their homes, leaving one to one clients unattended. They eat and drink the clients food. Don’t waste your time looking for a job here. They are totally unprofessional in hiring; they ignore messages and calls after interviews and so many trainings. The owner was nice when I met her, but the HR is not good or professional enough. If you don’t want to hire someone, don’t ask them to go for training every time. I went from Harford County to Catonsville with Uber, spending over $150, and called out for three days from my other job for their training.
