Horrible HOA to stay. The house are beautiful but the rules are horrible. Quite time at 9pm every day. No scooter car Rentals in the property, I was not aware of that until I had already paid $400 to rent it.. We had visitors from another house and they parked outside and they were fine $ for doing so. Horrible HOA.. please do NOT rent houses from Destiny Vacation homes.
Friends rented the place for their wedding. Very beautiful home and neighorhood. While I was a guest there, I found the home to be very amenable.
