Great people that go the extra miles for the residents . Clean in order, highly recommend this location
Destiny Springs has been doing a lot of upgrades and they replaced the roof on all of the buildings. They are also under new management and have made this a great community to live in.
Under the new administration this place has improved lately. They remodeled all the roofs, stairs and they are working on the parkings. There’s new chairs in all 3 pools and they are clean. I think the previous property management allowed just anybody to move here and now after the changes all tenants must be approved and screened by the HOA which helps brings better neighbors .
This place is called my home for more than 7 years, long before most of those people who got involved in the HOA lived there, They are so macabre, gossip, calculating, that for a moment i think of they are all crazy, but they are nothing more than that. The new rules are totally absurd, and very careful, they can put a public scandal on you If they don't like something inside your own home, they will threaten you again and again with the police, they are totally dirty and poisonous.
