Unfortunately, my bridesmaids and I had a disappointing experience at Destiny's Bridal. This was my very first time trying on wedding dresses, and I was excited for what should have been a special experience. Best bridal experience ever!! I got my dress back in February 2025 from Galia Lahav trunk show. I found my dress here, it was the very first one I tried on. From the moment I booked my appointment here, Sarah and her team have been phenomenal. After my dress was made, I didn’t love the color so Sarah made sure that we got it perfect. My experience here was wonderful and I could not be happier with my dress. I came here in February and needed my dress in by April and the timing and experience was so smooth. Sarah was extremely helpful and so sweet throughout the whole experience. I was given updates on my dress which I really appreciated. It fits like a glove and the tailoring is perfect! This was such a lovely store and staff!

I visited this shop after going to several other bridal boutiques, and unfortunately my experience here fell short. From the start, the interaction felt off and there was a heavy emphasis on budget, including pointing out dresses that were way out of my budget. During the try-on process, I received very little assistance given my other experiences at boutiques. I had the best experience at Destinys bride! The staff was so warm and welcoming! They helped me decide which styles I liked and didn’t like while also encouraging me to try a few dresses out of my comfort zone. 10/10 experience and bonus points because I said yes to the dress!
