Bree was the best associate/stylist I could ask for! The second I walked in I felt a sense of calm when she greeted us. I was a bride that told my family I wanted to walk in, browse the dresses, and hand pick the ones I wanted. Bree was low pressure and listened throughout the session. She truly listened and quickly grasped my designs. I highly recommend allowing your stylist to have their creative liberty and lean on their expertise. I looked EVERYWHERE for the perfect dress, and was so discouraged, until I came here! They also do amazing alterations and additions to their dresses and I was able to fully customize the fit and add more rhinestones to fully make my dress perfect! Amazing customer service, would highly recommended!
2 stars because the actual process of trying on, purchasing, and altering the dress was great! The women at Destiny’s Bride are incredible, helpful, and truly care about helping you get the perfect dress. The problem was with the dress itself being faulty and the bridal shop not taking any steps to right this wrong. I purchased the dress “Mariana” by Ines De Santo for my elopement which was STUNNING. I had a wonderful experience at destinys bride when I went shopping for my dream dress with my friends and family. Bree was working with me and went above and beyond in every possible aspect. She was attentive, kind, listened to what I was looking for and also offered me dresses I never thought I would like but ended up loving!
