I have updated the stars on this review due to the owner and staff that truly tried to make up for this experience. Although I can’t change the alteration experience they have been extremely apologetic and kind about the situation and gone out of their way to make it up to me. Destiny’s Bridal has a beautiful inventory and the staff has many years of experience. The staff is very helpful but not at all pushy like some of the other bridal stores! We had a wonderful experience working with Sarah and found a beautiful dress. Viola is the in-house seamstress and does amazing work with alterations. I will forever remember this amazing experience at Destiny’s and all the lovely women working there!
Destiny’s Bride was my first dress shopping experience and boy did it set the bar HIGH. I had the absolute pleasure to work with stylist, Joy. And let me tell you something about Joy, she is destinys Bride special gem. She has a talent that I cannot explain and something you should experience for yourself.
