Bought a used 240k 760 Haines Hunter consignment boat, owner removed it from sale. Destiny Marine won’t refund my deposit even though the cancellation of sale was beyond my control. The Marine industry is a very small place, everyone knows everyone and reputation is everything. This will end up costing you 10 fold.
