I contracted in April, 2020, to have my front porch redone, and to have my house power washed. As of this writing 8/29.2020, the work is not complete. I made the mistake of paying in advance because the owner gave me a sob story about being sick! I've called a number of times and been given a date for them to show up, but they never show or call. My next move is to report them to the Better Business Bureau and to the licensing agent who issues Contractor's License I am an 80-year-old widow and feel they took advantage of me
