I have been going to her to file my taxes for a few years now but this year was different. She had an assistant helping her this year and that’s who I spoke to in order to file my taxes. Said they would file an extension for my taxes but I don’t know if that ever happened. I’ve tried calling and texting so many times only to continue to get voicemail and a generated text message. I call from other number and miraculously it rings. If I don’t hear anything back soon about my taxes I will be taking further action.
I have been with them for a couple of years now and they always take care of me! They do all they can to make sure my taxes are done correct.
They were professional and made the process easy for me. I’m a resident of NY and this year was my first time filing with them. I’d recommend.
I’ve used Destiny National Tax for the last 5 years. I love the flexibility of a virtual appointment and the ability to contact the office with any questions or concerns. I am able to text the office and submit all documents electronically. Would refer to anyone who is as busy as me and enjoys a simple and professional process!
