Best of the Best!!! – I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Melanie and Destiny Mortgage Lending for providing me with lowest rate and lowest down payment for my new home. Its unbelievable that all of this was accomplished with explemary customer service. How many people can say their loan officer was at their closing? AAAAA+++++ – I spoke with Melanie at Destiny Mortgage several times. She was extremely knowledgable (and patient), and answered every question I had. She offered suggestions for me to save money in other ways, other than just with my house payment. In the end I was able to save $320 per month by refinancing to alower rate and I saved another $32 per month by lowering my home insurance, at her suggestion. Nice to know caring people still exist – I didn't think I could refinance since I don't have much home equity but Melanie took the time to seek out options for me. In the end, she had to reduce the closing costs and also get the attorney to lower their fees just so I could close. Very Pleased – We got a new loan for 4.375% fixed for 30 years which trimmed our payment almost $300 per month. Melanie was always quick to reply to our emails. And we really appreciate her honesty. We could tell that she really cares about people and wanted to help US. Even though we didn't ask, She also helped to reduce our home insurance charges. For that we are also grateful. Best deal I could find – I shopped around for the best mortgage deal I could find. After looking everywhere I locked a 4.50% 30 year fixed rate with Destiny Mortgage. It only took 2 weeks to close and the attorney came to my house for the closing. You can't beat great service coupled with a great product! Jim

Best Mortgage deal EVER – I've obtained several mortgages in GA, not only for my primary home but also for several investment properties. This is the first time that the terms were as stated, and I was able to get a 4.25% permanent fixed rate loan. My loan officer (Melanie) kept in constant contact with me and we closed 5 days before expected! I plan to use them again whenever I need mortgages.
CROOKS!!!!!!!!!! Not even 1 star (a rating was required) – DO NOT even consider refinancing your home with this crooked outfit. The employees are NOT knowledgeable of how the process works. My husband and I were looking to refinance our home. We filled out all of the paperwork that was required. The dimwit women who assisted my husband informed us that all we had to bring to the closing table was $3.50.
