Great transportation company they take it care of all of our needs
TLDR: This is not the company you want to trust to transport you after a medical procedure. A 15-minute ride ended up taking over an hour because the owner gave the driver the wrong address. The driver was great but the owner who handles dispatch is very unprofessional. The nurse called him twice when I was ready for pickup and he didn’t answer until I finally called myself. I have been a customer of Destiny and Ed for over nine years and have always received excellent service. Ed and his staff are all genuinely interested in my health and well being by being timely, well informed of each provider's procedures and how to effectively work with the providers (who really appreciate their approach, based on comments from the hospital's staff).
