You have to plan according to the builder everything. He isn't comited to give house on time. Very slow working people. 1 week they work and one week the house wont be touched ... everything he provides is basic stuff and you have to pay for expensive stuff they label it premium, when you dont like the quality. Please search for a well committed builder rather than wasting your time and money.
Horrible builder, doesn’t pay his tradies for their hard work. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUILDER. Does not deliver what he promises.
