Great company! Fantastic staff! Very helpful & accommodating of my request for delivery time. Shop full of gym equipment, felt like a grown up playground. Place has personality and was fun to visit. Got a great deal on equipment & will definitely be going back.
Not happy Freddy is very rude and seems shady
If I wanted to be accused of knowing random people named Holly, hung up on, and treated like I was wasting their time, I’d have just called Destiny Fitness Supplies sooner. Asked them about buying some equipment I had, sent receipts and photos as requested, and instead of being professional they just kept saying “tell Holly to remove her bad review.” Spoiler: we don’t even know a Holly. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unreasonable. No wonder the bad reviews pile up if this is how they treat customers.
Wow, horrible service received from Destiny Fitness Supplies! My boyfriend bought a heap of gym gear, but after recently finding out I’m pregnant, we decided to part ways with it and go in a different direction. I called up Destiny Fitness and asked if they’d be interested in buying it. They said yes, asked for photos, and promised to get back to us with a fair price. Great, right? Wrong.
