This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a gym. When I first joined, I was so nervous and unsure about being there, but Kerry welcomed me from day one and made me feel so comfortable and like I belonged there. I had the pleasure of working with Kerry. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to tailor a fitness plan of exercises that would help me obtain my fitness goals. As someone whose new to fitness it can be a little intimidating but Kerry made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Great place to workout. Very clean, great equipment, and good atmosphere. Gym attendant name Kerry was a great help helping with correct equipment use.
