Had A Baby Shower Event That Had Amazing Family Energy, We Cleaned The Event Center Spotless After The Venue Was Over. The Host Refused To Give Back The Deposit Insisting They Had To Clean After Us And Make Bathroom Repairs This Was A Complete Lie & Seemed Like A Quick Cash Grab. Very Unprofessional, Plz Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money With Destiny Event Center. Seems They Clearly Have Backdoor Motives For Cash Grabs!
I held my daughter's baby shower there. I paid a 500$ deposit and was told it would be given back by check 2 weeks after the date we booked, if we cleaned up after ourselves, took the trash out including the bathroom trashes and put the tables and chairs back when it was over. We ended up going over the time booked and paid for extra time. While there I used the ladies bathroom (#1 not #2) Flushed the toilet and the tissue didn't go down.
