A few years ago, I gave this place a five star review. I also went out of my way to convince a friend and my spouse to sign-up. I regret doing that, as the quality of service has been a solid spiral downward over the past year. I initially assumed this was due to temporary staffing issues. I now belive this is a top down problem. I finally ended my membership after not being able to get birth control that I had requested months prior. I am going to preface this review with DDPC isn’t all bad, Dr. Meyer isn’t all bad, but if you have certain complicated issues, or you are a high complex individual with a varying amount of need this may not be the best place. I have a lot of complicating medical issues-Dr. Meyer, can handle easy things, but when it comes to complicated chronic illnesses she does not have the follow through. I had a great experience until the last few months. In November I had an appointment with Dr Meyer where she encouraged me to see a new specialist and promised a referral. At that time she also said she would look into workplace accommodations for my chronic illness. She never did either thing. In December I sent her ADA paperwork which she never completed. I finally stopped using Destiny Direct at the end of January after she sent me an ad for a diet book while I was waiting for the ADA paperwork for my employer that she wa... read more
Dr. Meyer, Gianna and Tara are incredible. They take so much time to listen and address any issue my family is having. They are incredibly patient and thorough, and have advocated on my family's behalf to get us the medication we need, and helped us file difficult paperwork. I am so grateful to have found them. Their knowledge, patience and kindness are above and beyond any other doctor.
