Do not go here Dr.Sam damaged one of my preexisting crowned teeth while performing another extraction.. they sent me home with a cracked crown and Tooth !!! I returned a week later to have the damaged tooth removed, he didnt even acknowledge that he cracked my crown saying he could patch up where it was crack. I persisted that the tooth was causing issues they did an xray and confirmed that they cracked my tooth! I am currently a patient for the fourth time. I've been there. I've literally got there and had to wait almost 30 to 40 minutes to get called back only to sit in a chair for another half hour. I'm not an expert, but if you guys would book people accordingly. And not stack them on top of each other. Your service would run a lot better......
I went to the destiny dental and the Chatham neighborhood on 87th and cottage Grove for my daughter’s orthodontist work, I will never recommend anybody to go there. They are rude. Every time I go they’re telling me that I owe two and $300 more than what I am supposed to owe. I basically had to make them go through their records and indicate that I do not owe what they’re telling me I owe every time is the same young lady at the front desk. The orthodontist is rude. This was the worst experience of my life. The amount of pain that I endured, and all Dr. Michelle could say was sorry as she kept going and I crawled out of the chair. Her shotty work left one tooth broken. 1st return visit for my crown she cancelled and put me out a month. Almost to the office for my 2nd appointment she cancelled because she just decided to not come into the office. Totally gaslit by denist after filling I had there fail, was told they worked on a completely different tooth that has never had anything more than a cleaning. Strongly suggest a different practice.
A mother's worst nightmare! I went here myself and it wasn’t that bad only because the young man who took my x-rays was so nice. I heard them having a convo with a lady who was trying to secure a cleaning contract with them. I then decided to bring my children. For my daughter, it would have been her first dental visit ever. My son is 18. My son and I witnessed the lady from the office talking very aggressively to the black receptionist because she needed guidance on how to input our information into the system properly.
