Do not go here Dr.Sam damaged one of my preexisting crowned teeth while performing another extraction.. they sent me home with a cracked crown and Tooth !!! I returned a week later to have the damaged tooth removed, he didnt even acknowledge that he cracked my crown saying he could patch up where it was crack. I persisted that the tooth was causing issues they did an xray and confirmed that they cracked my tooth!
