I had an extraction and deep root cleaning today and was very nervous and my dentist and her assistant made me feel so incredibly comfortable and they are very good at what they do but what I appreciated most is how my dentist listened very carefully to what I wanted and made my whole dental plan according to my wishes:) I wish that there were more doctors and dentists out there with that mind frame. I've been going here for the last 5-10 years. Jump from here and the Grand Rapids location based on what procedures needed to be done. The staff and doctors have always been great to work with. Yes, calling and getting someone on the phone has always been a problem. So I schedule online and they call me. Super easy fix. I have seen many dentists. I have run from ALL of them. This Dentist is a true professional. She did what 7 dentists couldn’t do. She helped me to be brave enough to take a needle in my mouth when I had a severe fear of it. Her office might not be a spa with fountains and tranquil music, but she does not BS around and her professionalism is top notch. And she is fast!!!!!!!! I can’t thank her enough. Awesome customer service. Very little wait time. Knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. And the dentist is fast and knows what she's doing. I will continue going here as long as they remain in business. They also accept many different insurances including Medicaid. Plus they are also accepting new patients.
Easily the best dentist I have ever been to. And the fact they are covered under Medicaid is WILD considering the upmost care they provide. It was the least pain I have ever felt at a dentist, even considering they pulled 5 teeth. My dentist said she was trained in Europe and then it made total sense why she was so good at her job, versus American training (no offense, it just is what it is) I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone.
