By far my favorite place to stay in Destin Florida.
We had a great experience here. We came in the summer of 2023 for whole family vacation. We asked the owner to turn on the elevator because we have a family member that has trouble with stairs. The fees for things are a little (a lot) for doing something wrong (for example- the wrist bands they DEMAND you to where is $40 if you lose it but I bet there is a reason behind it). Our house was great. Easy walk to the beach with its private boardwalk over the dunes. We (or I) will definitely be coming back.
The check-in process at this location involves stopping at the guard shack, where the attendant verifies your reservation, gives a brief overview, and issues a parking pass. This takes just a few minutes and only needs to be done once. Afterward, they simply wave you through. There’s a small sign designating the right lane for owners and the left for guests, presumably to prevent delays for owners during busy times. However, on one return, we had a frustrating experience.
