Poor service and lack of communication. Wouldnt recommend anyone going there
Terrible service . Bought a Mercedes from these guys and had issues with engine in first week and it was so difficult to deal with these guys as they failed to provide any diagnoses reports and kept saying no issue with the car and wouldn’t lemme take the car to Mercedes Ben’s for engine check ! It was so difficult the whole process and finally had to return the car as they weren’t very helpful and took off few hundred bucks to return the car ! Currently shopping around to purchase a vehicle and unfortunately managed to stumble across Destiny Auto. These guys are by far the least knowledgeable and most unprofessional dealership I've visited. From a test drive, we noticed a weird humming sound while reversing the vehicle. Upon confronting the mechanic, he said it's normal and condescendingly asked if we've ever driven a hybrid before. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, yet he patiently explained everything to me and my family multiple times, even in heavy rain.
