Gym equipment broken for a year presenting a safety hazard. Gate has been broken open for a week. Pool was closed for five months. Stabbing death by a guy who exposed himself to my 90 year old neighbor lady prior to stabbing his son to death. Schizophrenic resident tried to set fire to a neigbors' apt and vandalized the club house over the past two weeks. It was really nice here last summer. It's ghetto thug life now. The worst service.. hallways are gross with seniors dragging over filled trash bags leaking to dumpsters leaving milk cream eggs who knows what else molding on walkway to your home.. gates are frequently not operating. Elevators are frequently not operating. Pool has only been open for use 1 time ine year I lived here. The only thing that’s nice is the clubhouse and entrance. This is a great place but if management won't listen they need to go, 20 years I kept up with this beautiful place, I hear some really not so good things, rent too high, break ins, come on older people deserve better than what is being given here....
