we had a horrible experience with the hatteras location - communication was poor and discharge planning was nonexistent. we didnt get adequate information about medications they wanted to issue, and my child's dosages were increased without telling me. we got no updates about how she was doing. it took days to get responses to emails/calls and when her time was up, they basically just abandoned her.
