LOVED OUR STAY AT THE BARNDOMINIUMS!!!! We had an extended-family, weekend getaway with about 30 people of all ages. The accommodations were perfect! But, I must add, the steps going up to the lofts are a little difficult. Very narrow and if you’re afraid of heights, somewhat elderly, or very young, these may not be an option - especially maneuvering at night in the dark to use the bathroom. I meant to submit this as soon as we arrived home, however a week flashed by before I had the time. That being said, my family and I stayed at the end of July in the Glampsite Tents newly installed this spring of 2025. My family and I loved how roomie they were. It was our first time glamping, and it was better than we expected. My family stayed a long weekend in one of the Black Barndominium's quadplexes, the Rock Climber, and had a beautiful and comfortable stay! Location is perfect - away from major roadways for the peace and quiet of the country, but still close enough to get to gas, supplies, food, and shops in Slade. The barndo is a newer build with a nice kitchen - complete with fridge, stove and oven, sink, and dishwasher.
