Extremely poor in every way. Do not waste your time with this company. I bought a new bike from them nearly 2 years ago. It has had multiple problems including rusty side stand and FRAME from new. Pannier lock has stopped working as has the heated grip. I tried to get it booked in for its second service and have these things fixed and you just get fobbed off. ‘I’ll get someone to call you back’ no one ever does. Went to view and possibly buy a new Triumph, but there was nothing to see. The showroom and stock have gone ☹️ There is a new "service only" workshop a short distance away but I was unable to inspect the any of the current bikes on offer from Triumph. That is a pity as the old showroom was once a really popular bike shop. It would seem that the current economic climate did not make the location particularly viable.
