Bob and the crew sorted my bike out after I put diesel in by mistake. I initially called RAC breakdown who in turn subcontracted the job out to AFF who unfortunately couldn’t get the bike running. The lads at Destination Triumph got me up and running and only charged me 1/2hr labour and the cost of the fuel. Thoroughly enjoyed the North v South banter as well, guess I did deserve a bit of stick for dropping that clanger 🫣.
Went in the shop today 14.07.2025. Staff on phone and I couldn't get to the clothing section as I have just bought a bike and was going to get the whole kit there. Staff not interested and on their phones. Tried having a conversation but very limited response. Won't be going back. They have also made up my mind about sending my bike for servicing here and that is not happening.
Visited Destination to try out a few bikes but customer service was so poor that I've decided even if I get a Triumph it won't be from these guys. Walked in when they were hardly any customers, staff looked over, saw us and just continued chatting away. One of the sales men came up to us FINALLY but poor attitude. Just didn't seem bothered. A shame really as I would have really liked to get a bike from them.
Just purchased a z900rs, the team I dealt with were excellent from test ride through to the day I picked it up. And beyond
Lovely sunny dry day so took my Triumph out for a ride. Stopped off at Destination Triumph for a browse, lots of dealer bikes outside but not many people aside from staff. Interestingly not one person could be bothered to say “good morning”, “hello” let alone “can I help you “. Would I fancy buying a £10/20k bike from them? The manager should have a word!
