Extremely poor in every way. Do not waste your time with this company. I bought a new bike from a different branch nearly 2 years ago. It has had multiple problems including rusty side stand and FRAME from new. Pannier lock has stopped working as has the heated grip. I tried to get it booked in for its second service and have these things fixed and was told to contact the Solent branch. Dismissive and rude. Of course we are all permitted an off day but I entered as a customer intending to spend a lot of money and was made to feel very awkward. A staff member saw me enter but didn't even grunt a hello. The blonde lady was more helpful and let me sit on a few bikes, when I asked how much a used 400X that was outside they didn't know and the older chap that watched me enter just shrugged and walked on. Not impressed. Came to look round a Speed Triple, Didn't know much about the different models. Was it my commuter, was my jacket not quite right or my boots. Couldn't be arsed to get up and show me around the bike. Naff all chance I'd buy one from them.

Bought a bike from new last year and had issues with the front end (loud clunking noise) since handover. They looked it over and said its because the forks are bottoming out (which the definitely are not) and that its a normal noise. My normal mechanic looked it over and said it isnt normal at all and triumph has told me to go to another dealer for a second opinion. Really disappointed and annoyed with destination Triumph solent so far.

I purchased a used bike from Destination Triumph Solent over the weekend and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish Dean was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was refreshingly honest. He was extremely knowledgeable about the bike and was able to answer some of the more technical questions. We agreed on a price and all the paperwork that followed was straightforward. All the staff I encountered in the lead up to my purchase were helpful and polite and my calls were answered immediately. I highly recommend these guys!
