Received our caravan just over 2 years ago which had a Destination RV Awning. Although worked ok, the sides were always loose. After seeing another Destination RV awning on another van 18 months after, our awning clearly was supplied with a manufacture defect. The rod holding the canvas on was cut too short. To my amazement Destination RV claimed it was out of warranty period and wear and tear. Our RV washing machine stopped working. Harry was very helpful, he worked out the fault over the phone and very quickly sent parts. Machine now working well.

Professional service. Ordered a custom caravan mattress on Monday, needing it before a big trip. Harry got onto it quickly and it was delivered on Thursday - unbelievable!! Great quality too. Definitely recommend A+++
