I booked a Capitol Peak condo through CoralTree via Airbnb in February 2025. Seven months later, they cancelled my confirmed reservation because the owner pulled the unit. This forced me to rebook at the last minute, costing me thousands of dollars more to stay in the same area. CoralTree should never list properties they don’t actually control. Beware of their deceptive business practices before booking with them.
Very Disappointed with Snowmass Coral Tree Cabin Experience I had an extremely frustrating experience staying at the Snowmass Coral Tree Cabin. It took me over six hours to finally get in touch with someone to guide me to the cabin. I tried calling multiple times, but nobody ever picked up the phone. After reserving a particular type of condo at Snowmass Village months in advance, and paying in full two weeks before arrival, with no refund possible (required), I was offered what was available the day I arrived - NOT what I had reserved. The Coral Tree staff were very pleasant, and offered me something better, but not what I reserved. For this reason, I wouldn't book through them again.
Pretty bad experience & lack of communication.. I canceled my reservation due to Covid situation and I have not received my refund the deposit. No answer from Andrew Vandeford or Sherril Olson.
