If I could rate 0 stars I definitely would . Units are very dusty and staff refused to move us . After misrepresenting themselves as being in Aspen on air bnb we accidentally booked again with them . I tried canceling instantly after making the reservation and was denied . I tried rescheduling for any other date because we wanted our trip to be special and not stay at these apartment looking condos . And again were denied . Save your money or go somewhere else

I booked a Capitol Peak condo through CoralTree via Airbnb in February 2025. Seven months later, they cancelled my confirmed reservation because the owner pulled the unit. This forced me to rebook at the last minute, costing me thousands of dollars more to stay in the same area. CoralTree should never list properties they don’t actually control. Beware of their deceptive business practices before booking with them.

Very Disappointed with Snowmass Coral Tree Cabin Experience I had an extremely frustrating experience staying at the Snowmass Coral Tree Cabin. It took me over six hours to finally get in touch with someone to guide me to the cabin. I tried calling multiple times, but nobody ever picked up the phone. I was stranded and had no idea where to go, and the lack of communication was absolutely unacceptable. After reserving a particular type of condo at Snowmass Village months in advance, and paying in full two weeks before arrival, with no refund possible (required), I was offered what was available the day I arrived - NOT what I had reserved. The Coral Tree staff were very pleasant, and offered me something better, but not what I reserved. For this reason, I wouldn't book through them again.
