So I showed up after confirming my appointment. I waited almost 20 minutes and then knocked on her door although it said there was a session in progress. She didn’t know who I was or that I had an appointment. She went on to say that she put it in for next week. When I showed her my text confirming “this Thursday” she wasn’t apologetic, and didn’t care that I wasted gas, time and money. No big deal. I got plenty of all that. NOT!!!! Purchased a Groupon for this place. Called 3 times and also messaged via Facebook as well as texts. Unacceptable to not answer these messages. I understand she may be busy but so am I since I work many hours to be able to afford a massage!
Crystal is amazing. She always checks to make sure the pressure is comfortable. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Would recommend 10/10
Crystal is a highly skilled massage therapist. She was present, engaged and attentive to my body, what it needed and when it was needed. She knew how to warm up different areas, how deep of pressure to use, how long to use it and when to go lighter based on how my body was responding and what she could feel. I’ve been seeing Crystal since December of 2020. She is fantastic! She always checks to make sure the pressure is ok and makes sure you are comfortable. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing! I’m on her monthly calendar now and look forward to seeing her. I walk out of her studio feeling great. I would definitely recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
